Confused? Let us explain

There are 2 ways you can order though Outback Yarns to purchase any yarns / wools, patterns and accessories. One way in which you can pay for your purchases is by Pay Pal or Credit/Debit Card through the website. The second way is by calling us on 01556 504900 and letting us know what you would like to order and we will handle it for you there and then. Payment can also be received over the phone by credit card or debit card. Please not this was made in Febuary 2011, so some of the images may have changed.

Once you have had a look at Sherbet the Sheep, you can use the navigation bar down the left hand side of the website page to browse our extensive range of yarn. Once you have seen what you are looking for there are two ways in which you can add it to your basket. If you see something you like, you can add it to your basket by pressing the little “shopping trolley icon.” If you wish to order several of the same item you simple type in the quantity you wish to add to you basket first and they will be added. If you want more information on an item, then you can see a full detailed explanation by clicking on the “product’s image”, the “title of the product” or by clicking the more “information icon” above the shopping trolley. Once the product details page has opened, you can add your selected yarn / wool via the “Add to Basket” button.

Once you have finished shopping you are now ready to head to the check out. To start the check out procedure, simple click on the “View Basket” button in the top right hand side of the webpage. Once there you can remove or change the number of items in your basket.  Once you have made your changes click “Apply changes” or “update” to view what is now in your shopping basket. If you wish to continue shopping simply use the navigation bar down the left hand side of you shopping basket. If you have a discount code make sure you enter it just below the “Basket Total” in the “Promotional Code Box” and click on “Apply Changes”.

Now all that is required is payment. You can either pay by Paypal Pro, Google Checkout or Debit/Credit Card, through our secure SSL payment system. For more information see the links below:

Now, to start the payment process then you can do one of 2 things:

1.       Click the “Check Out” button which will take you to a new screen with 3 new options (one of which is to continue shopping).

2.       Alternatively, click on the Google Check Out logo or Paypal logo.

If you choose to go though the check out and you are an existing customer, then all of your delivery details will already be saved. Simply “log in” using your email address and password which you will have set up on your previous visit. However, if you are a new customer then click “Continue to Checkout” to enter you details and set up an account, although, it is not necessary to create an account to make a payment. The details you will be asked for are; email address and password (if you wish to create an account), delivery details, invoice details, telephone number and you will be required to agree to our terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions can be viewed at the bottom of the page, or here. Finally select your method of payment as mentioned above and you are finished.

Alternatively you can choose to click on one of the “logos” on the “view basket” page and you will be fast tracked to either the Google Check Out payment page, or the Paypal payment page: if you have an account with either of them, then your delivery and payment details will already be saved on it.

Once you have finished with the checkout, you will be sent a confirmation email to let you know that the payment has gone though. Please save / print / keep some sort of record of your order.
