Sirdars Simply Recycled Aran yarn is a rare event, an aran weight cotton rich yarn. Aimed mainly at the Summer this is a weight that can easily cover the colder months. 
 Made from the waste from t - shirt production blended wiith acrylic this yarn has a warm, soft feel but looks like 100% cotton.

The patterns are also a bit of something else with the wonderful cardi with the flower centred on the back. The shades are soft like Scottish Summer flowers, each blending with the others beautifully if you want wanting a more interesting look.

The yarn itself is a standard aran weight so you can swap it for rigid wool in many patterns but unless you want cables then have a serious look at the ones made for this range
