Outback Yarns Terms and Conditions of Trade
The rules of fair play:
- All goods will remain the property of Art to Go Ltd until full payment is received.
- No goods will be dispatched until full payment is received unless prior arrangement is made, thereafter all outstanding amounts should be settled within 30 days of invoice.
- All cheques should be made payable to Art to Go Ltd.
- Customers may cancel orders within 48 hrs of placing them online with full refund if payment has been made, but please note that any order placed may have been dispatched, thus no refund will be forthcoming until said goods are returned in re-saleable condition.
- Customers may change their mind within seven days of receipt of goods for a full refund or within 14 days for an exchange of goods / credit note . This may be extended with prior agreement. Replacement / credit note or refund will be given on return of goods in a complete, unused and re-saleable condition.
- This return policy does not extend to patterns or books.
- Any complaints about goods received shall be investigated. It is best policy, we have found to complain directly to the manufacturing company, but we will advise depending upon the nature of the complaint.
- All customer details are encrypted so that you can transfer your information with confidence.
- Products are priced in British Pounds (£), Dollars ($) and Euros (€) in which the exchange rate is obtained from Yahoo Finance, CVS.
- Outback Yarns uses "Paypal" , "Worldpay" and "Google Checkout", to allow customers to make transactions, and adheres to the Terms and Conditions provided. Please bear in mind Google Checkout may slow down processing of your order!
- Any refunds required will be made only through the means of the original payment. ie If the original order was made through Pay Pal the refund will be redirected back through Pay Pal, if a cheque was paid , a cheque will be returned. No alternative means of payment will be made other than credit note or goods unless with prior agreement.
- Credit notes will last for six months after issue. Any present after this time will not be accepted.
- Any special discounts offered to individuals are timed out and will only last the specified time given.
- We reserve the right to refuse free delivery, due to shipping costs or technical reasons ie. No free delivery though google checkouts
These rules do not affect any statutory rights. We will always try our best to answer any queries and meet any requests anyone may have but we reserve the right to refuse to serve any customer for any suspicious transaction, complaint or unreasonable behaviour!
Postage and Packaging
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt.
- Any goods out of stock we will advise the customer of and will be forwarded at the first opportunity unless the customer requests otherwise. An alternative may be suggested otherwise a refund for out of stock items will be given if paid for.
- All post will be dispatched by Royal Mail or by Parcel Force unless otherwise requested.
- Delivery prices are subject to change, and will be specified during purchase.
- We cannot guarantee next day delivery unless specifically requested before 12 noon of order date. This will probably cost more and we reserve the right to charge extra for this service.
- Allow up to seven working days for delivery within the United Kingdom, 14 days for overseas delivery, once you have received your order complete and dispatched notification.
- After this period please let us know if goods don't arrive. We will chase after them. Any goods found to have been delivered will be considered goods received, so please ensure the delivery address is correct as we cannot take responsibility for wrong destinations if wrongly given.
- We will dispatch further goods if parcel gets lost, but the original goods become the property of Art to Go Ltd from that point onwards.
- Any packages or goods received damaged must be brought to our attention within three days of receipt of goods. We will ask for return of goods and original packaging for our inspection and replacement goods will be forwarded. No responsibility will be accepted by us for damage done after receipt of goods.
- A refund will be given on postage for any goods returned to us.
