Rowan Handknit Cotton

 

This is one of Rowan's classics. Soft, easy to knit with it holds it's shape well even after washing making it a crochet favourite. It has a smooth matt finish which gives a good looking finish to garments.Comes in 50g balls and a mouthwatering range of colours.
It will knit up to dk patterns, but being slightly thicker it works best in it's own patterns, which there are plenty. See Rowan Magazine 45 Spring 2009.

Needle size: 4 -4 4.5 mm

Tension / Gauge : 19 - 20 sts to 28 rows

Meterage / Yardage : 85 m / 93 yds
